Paradigm Family Law

Paradigm Family Law is a finalist for Excellence in Non-Court Dispute Resolution at the Family Law Awards 2026. The awards are run in partnership with LexisNexis.

We’re equally delighted for our colleagues at What Would a Judge Say? They picked up two shortlistings this year. One was Excellence in Non-Court Dispute Resolution, the same category as Paradigm. The other was Innovation in Family Law. See the full Family Law Awards 2026 shortlist here.

Why Does This Category Matter?

Excellence in Non-Court Dispute Resolution recognises firms that resolve complex financial and children matters without unnecessary court proceedings. That’s the belief that shaped Paradigm from the start, in 2015. Strategic advice, focused on the best outcome for the family, not the process. It’s the same thinking behind What Would a Judge Say? Seeing both businesses recognised for it independently means a great deal.

What Does Frank Arndt Say About the Nomination?

“It’s a real honour to be named a finalist for Excellence in Non-Court Dispute Resolution. This nomination reflects the work of the whole team at Paradigm. We’re delighted for our colleagues at What Would a Judge Say? too. We’re looking forward to celebrating with colleagues and fellow finalists in November.”

— Frank Arndt, Founder & Senior Partner, Paradigm Family Law LLP

When and Where Is the Ceremony?

The Family Law Awards 2026 ceremony takes place on Wednesday 18 November at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London. It brings together the family law community to celebrate the year’s achievements. This adds to recent recognition for the firm. That includes a finalist place at the Yorkshire Legal Awards 2026 and a recommendation in Doyle’s Guide. We’re grateful for all of it.

Specialist Advice on Financial Remedy and Family Law

At Paradigm Family Law, we advise clients across financial remedy, children law, international and expat divorce, and complex separations. That covers everything from straightforward cases to high-value matters involving business interests, trusts and cross-border assets.

If you are facing a separation, speak to a specialist team early. Paradigm is a senior-led team the profession itself recognises, and early advice makes it easier to avoid decisions that are hard to reverse later.

Not every case needs full-scale litigation from the outset. Some couples just want an early, independent view of likely outcomes before deciding whether to fight, mediate or settle. Our sister service What Would a Judge Say? can help with exactly that. It provides a fixed-fee, judge-led written opinion, usually within six weeks. That is the same thinking that earned both businesses their place on this shortlist.

Contact Paradigm Family Law for specialist advice on financial remedy, children law, international and expat divorce, or any complex separation.
