Frank also receives regular instructions to prepare single/joint expert reports for the English Courts regarding the implications of Brexit upon English Court orders and their counterpart recognition or enforceability in Germany’s jurisdiction.

In addition, Frank has provided a wide variety of international advice involving international asset protection, international offshore and trust structures and Mareva injunctions. He works together with like-minded offshore law and international accountancy firms with stellar reputations.

Frank has also represented mothers and fathers in Hague Convention Cases and appears regularly on TV providing commentary on Child Abduction cases.

He is aware that language skills are very important for any international legal matrimonial team. He speaks German, Dutch and is a dual qualified Solicitor & Rechtsanwalt and qualified Judge, trained Mediator and a Member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
